Coach Fee's Journey

After years of working out, a few diets, tons of poor food choices and not properly caring for the temple that God blessed me to steward, I made up my mind that I was going to make the necessary changes to lead a healthier lifestyle.
 
 I started a 6-week challenge  in 2017 that transformed my life! I learned how to make healthier food choices, I made self-care a priority, I committed to working out regularly, and I began to conquer emotional eating habits by relying on my faith instead of high calorie, sugar-laden foods.
 
 To date, I have had the following results: 

·         I've lost 35 pounds 

·         I've dropped from a size 14 to a size 8

·         I have more energy

·         I sleep better 

·         I have more confidence

·         I reduced my risk of the chronic diseases that run in my family

 Now, I am committed to helping other women to look and feel just as fabulous  as I do by equipping them with the tools needed to take charge of their health - mind, body and spirit.
